REWARDS PROGRAM PROJECT
A mobile-first redesign to enhance web and mobile UX with responsive design and better performance. The program was successfully launched and has been well-received by users, helping to achieve our goal of increasing engagement and loyalty.
DESIGN CHALLENGES
I had the opportunity to redesign the review page with the goal of strengthening relationships with our loyal customers, who play a key role in maintaining steady revenue. Loyal customers tend to use our services more frequently, so it's important to keep them engaged and feeling appreciated. To encourage repeat business, we introduced a reward program that offers points to motivate customers to make purchases and continue using our services. The program has been well-received, as it helps customers feel valued, which in turn has led to increased usage, more referrals, and positive business outcomes. By rewarding loyalty, we aim to distinguish our services from competitors while ensuring our customers feel recognized. Throughout this process, I worked closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and developers, and we completed thorough QA before rolling out the program. The positive feedback from customers has been encouraging, and we’ve seen a noticeable increase in revenue as a result.

MY REWARDS PROGRAM: FIRST DESIGN DRAFT
For the initial design draft of the Rewards Program, I focused on creating a CMS theme that would align with the overall look and feel of the website. The goal was to ensure that the new design was consistent with the existing branding and visual style, while also improving the user experience. I worked to make the Rewards Program page feel like a natural part of the site, using similar colors, fonts, and layouts to maintain visual harmony. I also aimed to introduce clear, easy-to-understand elements that would help users navigate the program and understand its benefits, all while staying true to the website’s overall design.
DESIGN CHALLENGE: WHEN IT TURNED INTO A MULTILINGUAL SITE
This website needed to support 13 languages. After discussing with the IT team, we discovered that some content could not be easily translated into multiple languages due to text length differences. For example, languages like French and Portuguese tend to be longer than English, which could cause text to overflow or overlap. To address this, I redesigned the page to ensure it would work smoothly across all languages. The new design not only accommodates varying text lengths but also maintains consistency with the overall look and feel of the website.
POPUPS: NEW USERS, USERS WITH POINTS, AND OTHER NOTIFICATIONS
I also worked closely with the marketing team and developers to complete the design of related popups, including those for 'New Users,' 'Users with Points,' 'You Have Earned Points,' and 'Your Referrals.
